5x5 pic
Warm UP Sled lower and upper+ mobility
Squat 5×5 (add 5 lbs from last squat)
Press 5×5 ( add 2-5 lbs from last press)
10 Heavy Prowler Pushes ( from power door to fence =1)
100 sit ups
10 GHR
50 sit ups
5×5 Strict Chin ups ( weight them if they are easy)
