Thursday 12/19/13: CrossFit CSA WOD

Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes:
Odd Minutes – pushups 30 seconds x max reps 
Even Minutes – max double unders
then….
4×20 steps of walking lunges not for time, for heavy weight
*IF you’ve attended class the previous 3 days, you’ve hit your legs all 3 of those days. In this case, please forego these weighted lunge steps.
