Warm Up: Row 500m/ Circle Band Walk
Squat 5×5 ( add 5 lbs from last squat)
DL 5×1 ( 5 heavy singles)
Asst: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
1 Sled Drag around Bldg
10 Burpees
10 Box Jumps, 24/20 in
10 GHD Sit-ups
10 Back Extension (GHD)s
