Workout of the Day

Perform the following four events in this order:
3 Minutes of Rowing for Max Calories
1 Minute to rest and rotate to next station
3 Minutes of Burpee Box Jump Overs (20″/16″)
1 Minute to rest and rotate to next station
3 Minutes of Max Wall Climbs 
1 Minute to rest and rotate
3 minutes of max Thrusters 95/65

*Score is total reps + calories added together.

**Classes will begin in heats as everyone must do this order.
