Warm Up: Sled Upper and Lower
Squat 5×5 ( add 2-5 lbs from last squat)
Sumo DL 5×1 ( five heavy singles)
Then.. Tabada Time 2x ( 8 mins total of 20s work/10s rest)
Push Press 75/55
Jumping Lunges
Cash Out: 4 mins of Tabada Abs
