Strength

3RM Conventional Deadlift

*work in groups of 3, help change wts, etc

*if you find your 3RM quickly, do 1 set AMAP at 80% of your max weight

 

WOD – AMRAP in 10 min

15 KB swings 53/35

20 WallBall 20/14
