WARMUP

general+calf/ankle mobility+squat-specific

STRENGTH

Front Squat – 5RM

*work in groups of 3 (help spot, change weights, etc.)

*if you find your 5RM very quickly, do 1 set AMAP at 80% of your max weight

WOD (for time)

Buy-in: 750m Row (or near equivalent stated by instructor)

then,

3 rds of

10 push jerks (115/85)

10 toes to bar
