Power WOD 1/15/14

We will be testing our 1 rep max during the very last week of January for those wondering. We will then be moving back into a traditional Power Lifting Cycle
Warm Up: Sled/ Mobility
Squat 5×5
Bench 5×5
Then.. 10 Rounds
Prowler push/ pull back
Add weight each trip
** If you are failing some 5x5s, go back down 10-15 lbs and re-start with 5×3 adding weight each time you do that lift until test week.
