general + mobilize shoulders/scapula



Turkish get-ups

-ADV – do 3-4 sets of 3reps each side (heavy)

-INT – practice technique then try for 1-2 sets of 2reps each side (moderate-heavy)

-BEG – practice technique



100 burpees with 1’ jump (touch target)
