general + focus on shoulder stability overhead

 

strength

work technique on push and split jerks

warm-up weights with partner

 

wod – 7min cap

2 heats – count for your partner

20 shoulder to overhead 185/115 (no rack)

40 lateral over bar burpees

*break up reps in any order you wish
