Friday 2/21/14: CrossFit CSA WOD

Four sets of:
Dumbell Weighted Walking Lunge x 16 reps (heavy)
Rest 30-60 seconds
Bench Press x failure (10 rep minimum; of course have a spotter)
Rest 30-60 seconds
100m Row Sprint
Rest 30-60 seconds

Seven rounds for time of:
Wall Ball Shots x 7 reps
Burpees x 7 reps
