Warm Up: Sled Lower and Upper
Dynamic Effort Strict Press 12 sets of 2 reps (12×2) at 70%
Front Squat Pause 12×2 at 70%
** Remember to stay speedy and rest 1 min between sets
Then…Tabata Push-up (hand release)
Tabata Strict Pull-up
Tabata Jumping Alternating Lunge
Tabata V Up
** Each Tabada is a full 8 rounds of 20/10
