Min 1 – Tng Power Clean x 5 (challenging weight)
Min 2 – 8 CTB chin up
Min 3 – Unbroken HR push up x 30 seconds
Min 4 – Unbroken Double Under x 30 seconds
*Purpose of the Unbroken sets is to find a maintainable, constant pace, NOT a max effort sprint.
