Wednesday 4/30/14: CrossFit CSA WOD

Filthy Fifty; For time:

1. 50 Box jump, 24/20 inch box
2. 50 Jumping pull-ups
3. 50 Kettlebell swings, 35/26 lbs
4. Walking Lunge, 50 steps
5. 50 Knees to elbows
6. 50 Push press, 45/33 pounds
7. 50 Back extensions – or abmat sit-ups – or floor super mans
8. 50 Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball
9. 50 Burpees
10. 50 Double unders

*The rules are these, you can perform the first 7 movements in any order you choose, but the final movements must be done in the order given, with the Wall Balls being 8th, the Burpees being 9th, and the double unders being the 10th and final movement.
