Tuesday 7/29/14: CrossFit CSA WOD

A. (groups of 2-3 to a bar)
Every minute, on the minute, for 12 minutes:
Power Clean x 2 reps
Go as heavy as possible…goal is max weight lifted over the course of the 12 minutes.

B.
Four rounds for time of:
400m run
25 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)
100 Double-Unders

(Rest 2:30; repeat for a total of 3 cycles)
