At CrossFit CSA we inspire, coach and provide our community with the most aggressive and proven fundamentals of sports science, exercise physiology, nutrition and athletic training protocols. As such, we are very excited to add CrossFit Endurance Training to the supplemental “Skill Development Program” for our dedicated CrossFit Athletes.
CrossFit Endurance is a specialized endurance sports training program dedicated to improving performance, fitness and endurance for sports potential and it is an ideal compliment to your CrossFit training.
CrossFit Endurance training is an excellent addition for our CrossFit athletes looking to shave WOD times or simply for those of you looking to fine tune your run mechanics. We will focus on biomechanics, the science of running (Pose Method®), nutrition, injury prevention, and CrossFit programming implementation. We focus on quality of training, not quantity. Racing, training or getting more powerful – you’ll walk (or run!) away with a refreshing perspective of how endurance training should be done.
Endurance Classes start with a dynamic warm up then move quickly into running technique drills.
The Pose Method® of Running technique, aka POSE Running, is a better way to run. Pose Running technique will dramatically change your entire perception of running. It makes running easier and better:

Our strength workouts are tailored to the endurance athlete and will always be followed by a challenging metabolic conditioning workout, usually duplicating a CrossFit Endurance workout.
What is Crossfit Endurance?
Power and speed are critical components to success in the CrossFit and Endurance world. With careful planning, CSA’s overall strength and conditioning plan increases these two mainstays of performance while decreasing recovery time, reducing injury, promoting preservation of lean tissue and creating a more sustainable performance curve.
In CrossFit Endurance we focus on eliminating unnecessary volume of training while increasing intensity. Our programming is structured, sport-specific and seamlessly integrated with Olympic lifts, powerlifting, gymnastics movements, explosive activity and mobility-based support. Everything we do focuses on midline stabilization and working from inside to out. Our strength and conditioning approach for endurance athletes is unparalleled. We incorporate the CrossFit fundamentals of being constantly varied. Repetition is the enemy and results in a decreased ability to build fitness.
