Start by reviewing our website then give us a call at (925) 230-8442, or send us an email. Second, come by, get a tour and checkout our gym, coaches, and members. Choosing a gym is a choice that should be taken seriousness, not all CrossFit gyms are created equal and we consider ourselves the best gym in the area.

If your new to CrossFit and your interested in trying out a CrossFit Class, we offer a Weekly Free Intro Class on Saturday Mornings at 10AM, that will introduce you to what CrossFit is all about.  Once we have met and decided this will work, we ask our athletes to go through an education process know as “Fundamental Movements.” The Fundamental Movements classes consist of several one-on-one sessions that will educate you on the complex movements associated with our workouts consisting of; the Back Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Press, Push Press, Push/ Split Jerk, Deadlift, Clean, Snatch, Kettlebells, and gymnastic movements. These classes are mandatory for those previously unaccustomed to this level of awesomeness; to ensure safety and proper technique as well as to build a solid platform to create a better you.

The next step is membership. You have developed a solid comprehension for our movements and are ready to share some pain and pleasure with your new friends/family.
