Lifting:

EMOM x 8

1 Squat Snatch

Minutes 1-3 use 60% of 1 RM

Minutes 4-5 use 70%

Minutes 6-8 use 80%

 

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:

Power Snatch, 115/75 lbs (2-4-6-8-10-12…etc)

Run, 100 m between each set of snatches
