4 Hang Squat Snatches, 115/75 lbs (scaled weights 75/55…45/35)

5 Bar Facing Burpees

6 Push Press, 115/75 lbs

7 Pistols

8 Toes-to-bars (scale with V ups or hanging leg raises)

9 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs

10 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups (scale Pullups or ring rows)

11 Handstand Push-ups (sclae with hand release push ups or box scale)

12 Front Squats, 225/150 lbs
