At any time if you are not making your lift please drop 20# down and re-build from there.

Remember we are adding

2-5# every time we? Bench, shoulder press, and Power Clean

5-10# every time we Squat or Sumo Deadlift

Back Squat 3×5, (+5-10#)
Bench Press 3×5, (2-5#)
Power Clean 3×3, (2-5#)

Lower Body Blast-
Alternating EMOMx10 min
Minute 1= 3 pause front squats (3 sec pause)
Minute 2= 3 Seated Box Jumps
