Take 10 minutes to find a heavy snatch to use in the wod


3 rounds for max reps of:
max rep Power Snatches, 3 mins
max rep Wall Balls, 2 mins
max rep Lateral Burpee Over Barbells, 1 min
Rest 1 min

** 3 Minutes of max Power Snatches should be done at the last “successful” heavy weight that you found in the prior 10 minutes. You should have to set up each snatch in this 3 minutes – it should be a weight that you CAN do for the 3 minutes but on the heavier side
