Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:
2 Overhead Walking Lunge With Plates, 45/25 lbs
2 V-Ups
2 Ring Muscle Ups
4 Overhead Walking Lunges
4 V-Ups
2 Muscle-ups
6 Overhead Walking Lunges
6 V-Ups
2 Muscle-ups
8 Overhead Walking Lunges
8 V-Ups
2 Muscle-ups
10 Overhead Walking Lunges
10 V-Ups
2 Muscle-ups
12 Overhead Walking Lunges
12 V-Ups
12 Muscle-ups
Skill:
Ring Muscle up

**In 12 minutes Build as high as you can in increments of 2 on the lunge and v up….perform 2 muscle ups between each set.
