100 Double Unders For Time
** If you do not have double unders or are newer at them you may choose on of the following options-
1)do a tabada set of heavy rope singles-
2)do Tabata of double under attempts/practice (:20 on- :10 off x 8 rounds)
3) 5 attempts at max sets of UB double unders
WOD:
Press 5-5-5, using heaviest weight per set
Push Press 3-3-3, using heaviest weight per set
Push Jerk 1-1-1, using heaviest weight per set
** Try to build in weight as you move into the next movement
** Rest as needed between sets
