Rest as needed between sets.
Tabata sets:
:20 on :10 rest – 4 x each station
* do not switch stations until all 4 rounds are done
* Rest 1 minute between each movement

Barbell Curls 4x :20 on :10 0off
rest 1 minute

SDHP 4x :20 on :10 off
rest 1 minute

Pull up ( 2 rounds stict, 2 rounds kipping) 4x :20 on :10 off
