“Barbara”

5 rounds, each round for time, of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 AbMat Sit-ups
50 Air Squats

Rest 3 mins between each round.

Do not include your rest in the time.

Scale could be
1) 3 rounds instead of 5
2) use a 10-20-30-40 rep scheme

** do not forget the 3 min rest between rounds
