Rest as needed between sets.
Asst:
20 plate curls
immediately into –
25ft gun walk ( plate held like a steering wheel @90 degrees)
x 2minutes
rest 1 minute
Repeat for 2 more 2 minute rounds

Cash out:
8×8 reverse barbell curls (3 sec negatives)
accumulate 200 bandy pull aparts
