“No Brainer”

Every 3 mins for 15 mins do:
21 Plate Hops, 45 lbs
12 Shuttle Sprints, 10 m
6 Deadlifts

*Deadlifts Should Build each round- start at 50% of your deadlift
**Deadlift should also ideally be unbroken each round
