WOD Tuesday 2/19/19

The CrossFit Open First Wod will be announced the Thursday!! If you would like to be part of the “In Gym” Competition Please sign up this week on either the Scaled or RX’d lists. Thursday Teams will be announced. Each team will have scaled and RX’d players as well as opportunities each week to gain points for your team. ONLY your first attempt at the wod will count towards your team score!! If you need to re do the wod for the ONLINE comp. Those opportunities will be Open Gym Times ONLY.? Every Friday for the next 5 weeks we will host the Open Wod as the WOD of the day. Evening classes are subject to be run in Heats depending on what the Wod is.? Open Gym times will be? Friday 7:30-8:30 pm— Saturday 11am-2pm —- Sunday 12-1 pm— Monday 1pm -4:30pm. Please remember at this crazy yet fun time of the year that CLASSES always have priority during class hours.? Thank You..
