Round 2- Bicycle Kicks
Round 3- Mtn Climbers
Round 4- 18 jump squats
Round 5- Burpee
Round 6- V ups
Round 7- Skaters
Round 8- Blast off Push up
Round 9- Lunge Kicks
Round 10- Flutter kicks
Round 11- Plank Up Downs (plank walk)
Round 12- 5 fast feet + Sprawl
