“Air BnB”

5 rounds, 1 min per station, of:
AbMat Sit-up
Assault Bike Calorie
Air Squat
Rest 1 min

Perform this like “Fight Gone Bad,” by rotating
immediately to the next station every 1 min,
the clock does not stop or reset between stations.
Athletes will work for 3 minutes straight before resting for 1 minute
The score is total reps across the five rounds
The goal is to not keep moving for 3 minutes, which is why these movements are so simple
If unable to bike, complete another machine or 10 meter shuttle runs
Stagger by 2 minutes if you are short on machines so there is no pile up on the bikes
