Week 2 of the open is upon us!! Today is a good day to rest up for Fridays open wod or make good use of the Goat EMOM and choose a movements you need to practice. To be clear, you may sub the EMOM movements listed. Please keep in mind Fridays open wod is unknown to us. So rest if needed.
