“Goat EMOM”

Every 1 min for 20 mins, alternating between:

5 Power Snatches @40-5-%

1 Rope Climb

Remember!! This is a practice EMOM before Fridays open WOD. Feel free to plug in any movement in the minute that you need or want to practice. For Example: 1 rope climb can be subbed for 5 strict pull ups- kipping- chest to bar- hspu etc.
