Endurance WOD

This Endurance wod is designed to be done at home and inside due to the poor air quality!!

3 rounds for time of:

50 Jumping Jacks

50 High Knees

30 Alternating Side Lunges (touch opp hand to opp toe ea side)

50 Mountain Climbers

20 Squat Jumps

20 Alternating Single Leg V-ups

15 Burpees

* all reps are total EXAMPLE: 50 mountain climbers total = 25 each side
