** Use a heavy weight that you can power clean

?30 Clean & Jerks, 115/75 lbs

AT 5:00

30 Clean & Jerks, 135/95 lbs

AT 10:00

MAX Clean & Jerk, 155/105 lbs

At the 5:00 min mark start round 2, at the 10:00 min mark start round 3 ( rnd 3 is max reps clean and jerk)

There is a 4 min cut off for the first 2 sets to make sure you have a minimum of 1 min rest. If you finish sooner you have more rest!
