WOD Wednesday 10-28-20

Lifting:

10 mins to find a single heavy Snatch

-Look to reach a Heavy Single in 5-8 sets

-Rest at least 1:00 between lifts

-Make sure to make smooth calculated jumps with weight

-If Max is reached early and time is still left within the session have drop weight to 70% and hit 2-3 singles.

-Attempt is supposed to be receiving the snatch in a squat, however, if you do not have required mobility, you may power snatch and work on overhead squat depth between attempts with a PVC pipe or empty barbell.

Row: 10x 125 m

Each for time.

Perform at 90% effort / RPE 17

Target is :15-:20 seconds

CAP is :30 seconds
