Choosing a gym is a choice that should be taken seriously, not all CrossFit gyms are created equal and we consider ourselves the best gym in the area.
3 STEP PROCESS
Step 1: FREE INTRODUCTORY CLASS
CrossFit CSA is different from the typical gym, let us show you how. We would be glad to take you through a free introductory session to show you how to get started, what we do, and have you experience a CrossFit style?workout. Step 2: FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM
Once we have met and decided this will work, we ask our athletes to go through an education process known as the Fundamentals Program. The Fundamentals classes consist of several small group sessions that will educate you on the complex movements associated with our workouts consisting of:
- the Back Squat
- Front Squat
- Overhead Squat,
- Press
- Push Press
- Push / Split Jerk
- Deadlift
- Clean
- Snatch
- Kettlebells
- Gymnastic movements
These classes are mandatory for those with no prior CrossFit experience to ensure safety and proper technique.
Step 3: MEMBERSHIP
By this point, you will have developed a solid comprehension of our movements and are ready to share some pain and pleasure with your new friends/family. Contact us for more information.
